Staizen was founded in 2019 by Clement, Maxime and Axel, three seasoned professionals with a shared vision. After years of spearheading digital transformation initiatives in organizations, they identified a crucial gap in the industry - most digitalization strategies were either too disruptive, resulting in unsustainable outcomes, or too complex, making them challenging to implement effectively.
Driven by the belief that there must be a better way, they launched Staizen - a company dedicated to guiding organizations through their digital journeys with a focus on achieving meaningful, lasting change.
We don’t just advocate for change; we try to embed continuous improvement into the fabric of how we operate
Operating in a networked approach helps us become agile in response to change & innovation, we are value driven and not heirarchy based.
Employees are encouraged to share knowledge & feedback, collaborate on best practices and drive collective learning to ensure that improvement is a shared responsibility across the organization.
We integrate Kaizen meetings and Scrum-like ceremonies across all departments - not just within development teams.
